KiZE In-Store Sampling Demo

Chad Lewis Collection, on behalf of KiZE Concepts LLC, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to conduct in-store samplings for KiZE snack bars at Costco in Midland, Texas.

KiZE is a mission-based, all-natural health food company known for its clean, simple, and minimal ingredients. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing product awareness and driving sales by engaging with customers, offering samples, and educating them on the product's benefits and the company's mission. Your friendly and informative approach will be key to creating a positive experience and building a loyal customer base. You will collaborate with a CDS staff member from Costco, who will handle sample preparation, allowing you to focus on customer interaction and answering questions about KiZE products.

We are looking for one dedicated individual to commit to three weekends in January and one road show in February at this specific location. Please review all requirements carefully before responding.

January Dates: 10th & 11th, 17th & 18th, and 24th & 25th
Hours: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $30/hour (includes paid half-hour break)
Paid via direct deposit bi-weekly as an Independent Contractor, according to the pay schedule.

Requirements:

• Demo experience preferred; customer service or marketing experience is a must.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and SALES focused, with the ability to transfer brand knowledge into natural conversation without being overly aggressive.
• Outgoing and personable; capable of engaging with as many customers as possible, greeting everyone with a warm smile and a sample.
• Reliable transportation.
• Dependable and trustworthy; you must arrive on time and stay for the entire shift, demonstrating 100% commitment to assigned dates. A geo-tracking app will be used for clocking in/out.
• Passion for health and happiness, with genuine enthusiasm for the product and company to convey to customers. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Professional attire: Black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed style), and black sneakers or comfortable, clean black shoes. A branded tee will be provided.
• Must fully speak and understand English.
