KiZE Snack Bar Sampling

Chad Lewis Collection, on behalf of KiZE Concepts LLC, is seeking enthusiastic individuals for an in-store sampling role for KiZE snack bars at Costco. KiZE is a mission-based, all-natural health food company known for its clean, simple, and minimal ingredients. This position focuses on increasing product awareness and driving sales by engaging with customers in a friendly and informative manner.

Staff will educate customers on product benefits and the company's mission, aiming to create a positive experience that fosters a loyal customer base. You will collaborate with a CDS staff member from Costco, who will be responsible for preparing samples, allowing you to concentrate on customer interaction and addressing product inquiries.

We are seeking one committed individual available for three weekends in January and one road show in February at the Lafayette, Louisiana location.

January Dates:

• 10th & 11th
• 17th & 18th
• 24th & 25th

Hours: 10am-4pm

Pay Rate: $30/hour (includes paid half-hour break).

Payment is made via direct deposit bi-weekly (according to pay schedule) as an Independent Contractor.

Requirements:

• Demo experience preferred; customer service or marketing experience is a must.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and SALES-focused, with the ability to convey brand knowledge naturally without being overly aggressive.
• Outgoing and personable, with a strong commitment to engaging with as many customers as possible (e.g., greeting all passersby with a warm smile and sample offer).
• Reliable transportation.
• Dependable and trustworthy: Must arrive on time and stay for the entire shift, demonstrating 100% commitment to assigned dates. A geo-tracking app will be used for clocking in/out.
• Passion for Health & Happiness, demonstrating genuine enthusiasm for KiZE products and the company's mission. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Professional attire required: black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed style) and black sneakers or comfortable, clean black shoes. A branded tee will be provided.
• Must fully speak and understand English.
