KiZE Snack Bar Sampling

Chad Lewis Collection is seeking engaging individuals for in-store sampling demonstrations of KiZE snack bars at Sam’s Club. KiZE is a mission-driven, all-natural health food company known for its clean, simple, and minimal ingredients. The primary focus of this role is to increase product awareness and drive sales by actively engaging every customer and offering samples in a friendly and informative manner. Staff will be responsible for educating customers on product benefits and the company's mission, ultimately creating a positive experience that cultivates a loyal customer base.

We are looking to hire one dedicated individual who can commit to all scheduled dates. This opportunity involves three weekends of demonstrations in January and February, with the potential for future engagements based on sales performance.

Demonstration Schedule:
January 2026:
Saturday and Sunday
10th-11th, 17th-18th, 24th-25th

February 2026:
Saturday and Sunday
14th-15th, 21st-22nd, 28th-1st

Shift Times: 9:45 AM - 5:15 PM on all scheduled dates.

Pay Rate: $240 per demo for 7 hours of work, which includes paid breaks. Payments are remitted via direct deposit bi-weekly according to the pay schedule.

Requirements:

• Demo experience preferred; customer service or marketing experience is essential.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and sales-focused. Candidates must possess the ability to effectively communicate brand knowledge through natural conversation without being overly sales-aggressive.
• Outgoing and personable demeanor. The goal is to engage with as many individuals as possible; every passing customer should be greeted with a warm smile and an offered sample.
• Reliable transportation.
• Dependable and trustworthy, demonstrating 100% commitment to assigned dates. This includes arriving on time and remaining for the entire shift. A geo-tracking app will be used for clocking in/out.
• Passion for health and happiness, with genuine enthusiasm for the product and company. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus but not required.
• Must provide a 4ft demo table (a branded tablecloth will be provided).
• Ability to provide own demo supplies (non-reimbursable), such as cups, a cutting board, and gloves.
• Ability to stand for the entirety of the shift.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized demo table.
• Professional attire: black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed styles) with black sneakers or comfortable, clean black shoes (a branded tee will be provided).
• Current food handler's certificate (non-reimbursable).
• Must be fully fluent in spoken and understood English.
