KiZE Snack Bar Sampling

Chad Lewis Collection is seeking enthusiastic individuals to conduct in-store samplings for KiZE snack bars at Sam's Club. KiZE is a mission-based, all-natural health food company known for its clean, simple, and minimal ingredients. The primary focus of this role is to increase product awareness and drive sales by engaging with customers, offering samples, and providing informative, friendly service.

Staff will be responsible for educating customers on product benefits and the company's mission, fostering a positive experience to cultivate a loyal customer base. We are looking for one dedicated individual to commit to all scheduled dates. Three weekends will be scheduled in January and February 2026, with the possibility of future opportunities based on sales performance.

Work Schedule:

• January 2026: Saturday and Sunday – 10th-11th, 17th-18th, 24th-25th
• February 2026: Saturday and Sunday – 14th-15th, 21st-22nd, 28th-1st
• Hours: 9:45 AM - 5:15 PM on all scheduled dates

Compensation:

• $240 per demo for a 7-hour shift (includes paid breaks)
• Paid via direct deposit bi-weekly (according to pay schedule)

Key Requirements:

• Demo experience preferred; customer service or marketing experience is essential.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and sales-focused, with the ability to naturally integrate brand knowledge into conversation without being overly aggressive.
• Outgoing and personable; capable of engaging with a high volume of customers, ensuring no one passes without an offer of a sample.
• Reliable transportation.
• Dependable and trustworthy, with 100% commitment to assigned dates, arriving on time, and staying for the entire shift. A geo-tracking app will be used for clocking in/out.
• A genuine passion for health and wellness, reflecting authentic enthusiasm for KiZE products and the company mission. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to provide a 4ft demo table (branded tablecloth will be provided).
• Ability to provide own demo supplies (e.g., cups, cutting board, gloves); these are not reimbursed.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized demo table.
• Appropriate attire: black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed style), and black sneakers or comfortable, clean black shoes (a branded tee will be provided).
• Possession of a current food certificate (not reimbursed).
• Must fluently speak and understand English.
