About This Role

Chad Lewis Collection is seeking enthusiastic individuals for an in-store sampling role at Sam's Club, representing KiZE snack bars. KiZE Concepts LLC is a mission-based, all-natural health food company known for its clean, simple, and minimal ingredients.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for increasing product awareness and driving sales by engaging customers, offering samples, and educating them on the benefits of KiZE products and the company's mission. The goal is to create a positive experience that fosters a loyal customer base.

We are looking for one dedicated individual to commit to all scheduled dates. There is a possibility of future demo opportunities based on sales performance.

Location: 3410 55th Street Northwest, Rochester, Minnesota, 55901

Schedule:
  • January 2026: Saturday and Sunday, 10th-11th, 17th-18th, 24th-25th
  • February 2026: Saturday and Sunday, 14th/15th, 21st/22nd, 28th/1st
Hours: 9:45 AM - 5:15 PM on all scheduled dates.

Pay Rate: $240 per demo for 7 hours (includes paid breaks). Payments are made bi-weekly via direct deposit.

Key Requirements:
  • Demo experience preferred; customer service or marketing experience is a must.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and sales-focused, with the ability to naturally integrate brand knowledge into conversations.
  • Outgoing and personable; proactive in engaging with every customer.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Dependable and trustworthy, with 100% commitment to assigned dates and punctuality. A geo-tracking app will be used for clocking in/out.
  • Passion for health and wellness, demonstrating genuine enthusiasm for the product and company; prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus.
  • Must provide a 4ft demo table (branded tablecloth will be provided).
  • Must provide own demo supplies (e.g., cups, cutting board, gloves) – non-reimbursed.
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift.
  • Maintain a clean and organized demo table.
  • Adhere to dress code: black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed style) paired with black sneakers or comfortable clean black shoes (branded tee will be provided).
  • Possess a current food certificate (non-reimbursed).
  • Must fluently speak and understand English.
