KiZE Snack Bar Store Demo

Chad Lewis Collection is seeking enthusiastic individuals to conduct in-store samplings for KiZE snack bars at local Sprouts Farmers Market locations. KiZE, a mission-based enterprise, specializes in all-natural health food products featuring clean, simple, and minimal ingredients. The primary focus of this role is to enhance brand awareness and drive sales by engaging customers in a friendly, informative manner, offering samples, and fostering a positive experience to cultivate a loyal customer base. We are looking for one dedicated individual to commit to all scheduled dates.

The program runs from Friday, January 9th, through Monday, March 2nd. You will be visiting six different store locations each week.

Weekly Schedule and Compensation:

• Friday: One location, 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM - $120 rate
• Saturday and Sunday: Two locations each day, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM - $240 rate per day
• Monday: One location, 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM - $120 rate

Compensation is paid bi-weekly via direct deposit as an Independent Contractor.

Requirements:

• Demo experience preferred; customer service or marketing experience is a must.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and sales-focused with the ability to convey brand knowledge naturally, without being overly aggressive.
• Outgoing and personable; capable of engaging with multiple customers simultaneously (e.g., greeting all five customers walking by with a warm smile and sample).
• Reliable transportation is essential.
• Dependable and trustworthy, with a commitment to arriving on time and staying for the entire shift, demonstrating 100% commitment to assigned dates.
• A genuine passion for Health & Happiness, reflecting authentic enthusiasm for the product and company to customers. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus but not required.
• Possession of a 4ft demo table (a branded tablecloth will be provided).
• All demo supplies (sampling cups, cutting board, knives, gloves, etc.) are required and are not reimbursed.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Current Food Certificate is mandatory.
• Maintain a clean and organized demo table.
• Appropriate attire includes black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed style) and black sneakers or comfortable, clean black shoes (a branded tee will be provided).
• Must fully speak and understand English.
