About This Role

Chad Lewis Collection is seeking engaging Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store samplings for KiZE snack bars at Sam’s Club locations. KiZE Concepts LLC is a mission-based, all-natural health food company known for its clean, simple, and minimal ingredients.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will focus on increasing product awareness and driving sales by enthusiastically engaging with customers and offering samples. Your role involves educating customers on the benefits of KiZE products and the company's mission, ultimately fostering a positive experience to cultivate a loyal customer base.

We are seeking one dedicated individual to commit to all scheduled dates. There will be three weekends of work in January and February 2026, with the possibility of future demo opportunities based on sales performance.

Scheduled Demo Dates:

  • January 2026: Saturday and Sunday, 10th-11th, 17th-18th, 24th-25th
  • February 2026: 14th-15th, 21st-22nd, 28th-1st

Shift Hours: 9:45 AM - 5:15 PM on all dates.

Pay Rate: $240 per demo for 7 hours of work (includes paid breaks). Payment is processed via direct deposit bi-weekly according to the pay schedule.

Requirements:

  • Demo experience preferred; customer service or marketing experience is a must.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and SALES-focused. Ability to transfer brand knowledge into natural conversation without being overly sales-aggressive.
  • Outgoing and personable. Must be able to engage with as many customers as possible, greeting everyone with a warm smile and offering samples.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Dependable and trustworthy: Arrive on time and stay for the entire shift, demonstrating 100% commitment to assigned dates. Will use a geo-tracking app for clocking in/out.
  • Passion for health and happiness: Genuine enthusiasm for the product and company to convey to customers. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus but not required.
  • Must provide a 4ft demo table (branded tablecloth will be provided).
  • Must provide own demo supplies (non-reimbursed), such as cups, cutting board, and gloves.
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift.
  • Maintain a clean and organized demo table.
  • Appropriate attire includes black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed style) and black sneakers or comfortable, clean black shoes (branded tee will be provided).
  • Must possess a current food certificate (non-reimbursed).
  • Fully speak and understand English.
