About This Role
A+ Staffing is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Brand Ambassadors and a Field Manager to represent a well-known sporting goods brand. This role involves engaging with game fans through guerrilla marketing and tailgating events at local college campuses.
Team members will interact with event-goers, discuss the brand, distribute giveaways, and encourage sign-ups via text or QR code.
This is an on-going opportunity.
Location: Allen County War Memorial Coliseum, Fort Wayne, IN 46805
Event Dates and Times:
- Sunday, November 30, 2025: 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM
- Friday, December 12, 2025: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Sunday, January 11, 2026: 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM
- Friday, February 13, 2026: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Preference will be given to candidates available for all dates.
Compensation:
- Brand Ambassador: $28/hour
Attire: Black/khaki pants or shorts, comfortable shoes. A branded shirt/jacket will be provided by the client.

- • Ability to work on Sundays, November 30, 2025, December 12, 2025, January 11, 2026, and February 13, 2026
- • Comfortable wearing black/khaki pants/shorts and comfortable shoes
