KiZE Snack Bar Sampling Demo

Chad Lewis Collection, on behalf of KiZE Concepts LLC, is seeking enthusiastic individuals for an in-store sampling role for KiZE snack bars at a Costco roadshow in Covington, Louisiana. KiZE is a mission-based, all-natural health food company known for its clean, simple, and minimal ingredients. This role focuses on increasing product awareness and sales by engaging customers in a friendly and informative way, offering samples, and educating them on product benefits and the company's mission to build a loyal customer base. You will collaborate with a Costco CDS staff member who will handle sample preparation, allowing you to focus on customer interaction and answering questions about KiZE. This position requires a 100% commitment to assigned dates and adherence to all requirements listed below. The roadshow runs from Thursday, January 15th, to Sunday, January 18th. * Thursday & Friday: 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM * Saturday: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM * Sunday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM The pay rate is $30/hour, which includes paid breaks. Payment is disbursed via direct deposit bi-weekly according to the payroll schedule. Key Requirements: * Demo experience is preferred; however, strong customer service or marketing experience is essential. * Must be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and sales-focused, with the ability to naturally integrate brand knowledge into conversations without being overly aggressive. * Outgoing and personable demeanor, with a strong drive to engage with every customer (e.g., greeting all passersby with a warm smile and offering a sample). * Reliable transportation is a must. * Dependable and trustworthy, committed to arriving on time and staying for the entire shift. A geo-tracking app will be used for clocking in/out. * A genuine passion for health and wellness, demonstrating enthusiasm for KiZE products and the company's mission. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus but not required. * Ability to stand for the entire shift. * Dress code includes black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed style) and black sneakers or comfortable, clean black shoes. A branded tee will be provided. * Must be able to fluently speak and understand English.
