KiZE Snack Bar Costco Demo

KiZE Concepts LLC, in collaboration with Chad Lewis Collection, is seeking enthusiastic individuals for an in-store sampling role for KiZE snack bars at Costco. KiZE is a mission-based, all-natural health food company dedicated to clean, simple, and minimal ingredients. The primary focus of this role is to increase product awareness and drive sales by engaging customers in a friendly, informative manner and offering samples.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will educate customers on the benefits of KiZE products and the company's mission, fostering a positive experience to cultivate a loyal customer base. You will work alongside a Costco CDS staff member responsible for sample preparation, allowing you to concentrate on customer interaction and answering product inquiries.

We are looking for one individual to commit to three weekends in January and one road show in February at the College Station, Texas location (4321 Texas 6 Frontage Road, College Station, Texas, 77845).

January Dates:

• January 10th & 11th
• January 17th & 18th
• January 24th & 25th

Hours: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $30/hour (includes paid half-hour break).

Payments are made via direct deposit bi-weekly (according to a set pay schedule) as an Independent Contractor.

Requirements:

• Demo experience preferred; customer service or marketing experience is a must.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and SALES-focused, with the ability to naturally integrate brand knowledge into conversation without being overly aggressive.
• Must be outgoing and personable, actively engaging with all passing customers by offering a warm smile and a sample.
• Reliable transportation.
• Dependable and trustworthy, committed to arriving on time and completing the entire shift. 100% commitment to assigned dates is required. A geo-tracking app will be used for clocking in/out.
• A genuine passion for Health & Happiness, conveying authentic enthusiasm for the product and company to customers. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Dress Code: Black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed style), and black sneakers or comfortable, clean black shoes. A branded tee will be provided.
• Must fully speak and understand English.
