About This Role

From January 10th to March 1st, 2026, KiZE Concepts LLC is seeking enthusiastic individuals to conduct in-store samplings for KiZE snack bars at Sam's Club located at 4400 Asbury Road, Dubuque, Iowa, 52002. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a mission-based, all-natural health food company with a commitment to clean, simple, and minimal ingredients. Staff will play a crucial role in increasing product awareness and driving sales by engaging customers in a friendly, informative manner, offering samples, and educating them on product benefits and the company's mission to build a loyal customer base. We are looking for one dedicated individual to commit to all scheduled dates. There is a possibility of future demos based on sales performance. The pay rate is $240 per demo for 7 hours of work, which includes paid breaks. Payments are processed via direct deposit bi-weekly according to the pay schedule. The demo shifts are from 9:45 AM to 5:15 PM on all scheduled dates.

The scheduled dates are:
  • January 2026: Saturday and Sunday, 10th-11th, 17th-18th, 24th-25th
  • February 2026: 14th/15th, 21st/22nd, 28th/1st

Candidates must meet all of the following requirements:
  • Demo experience preferred; customer service or marketing experience is a must.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and SALES-focused with the ability to transfer brand knowledge into natural conversation without being overly aggressive.
  • Outgoing and personable, with a strong ability to engage with as many people as possible. Every customer should be greeted with a warm smile and offered a sample.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Dependable and trustworthy, with a 100% commitment to assigned dates, ensuring punctuality and presence for the entire shift. A geo-tracking app will be used for clocking in/out.
  • Passion for all things related to Health & Happiness, demonstrating genuine enthusiasm for the product and company to customers. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to provide a 4ft demo table (a branded tablecloth will be provided).
  • Ability to provide own demo supplies (non-reimbursed) including cups, a cutting board, gloves, etc.
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized demo table.
  • Appropriate attire includes black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed style) and black sneakers or comfortable clean black shoes (a branded tee will be provided).
  • Possession of a current food certificate (non-reimbursed).
  • Fluency in spoken and understood English.
