About This Role
Chad Lewis Collection is seeking enthusiastic individuals to conduct in-store samplings for KiZE snack bars at Sam's Club.
KiZE Concepts LLC, located at 45600 Utica Park Boulevard, Utica, Michigan, 48315, is a mission-based, all-natural health food company known for its clean, simple, and minimal ingredients. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be crucial in increasing product awareness and sales by engaging customers, offering samples, and educating them about KiZE's product benefits and company mission. Your friendly and informative approach will help create a positive experience and foster a loyal customer base.
We are looking for one dedicated individual to commit to all dates. The initial schedule includes three weekends in January and February 2026, with the possibility of future demonstrations based on sales performance.
January 2026 Dates (Saturdays and Sundays):
The pay rate is $240 per demo for a 7-hour shift, which includes paid breaks. Payments are made via direct deposit bi-weekly, according to the pay schedule.

Requirements:
- Demonstration experience preferred; customer service or marketing experience is essential.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and SALES-focused, with the ability to integrate brand knowledge into natural conversations without being overly aggressive.
- Outgoing and personable, with a proactive approach to engaging as many customers as possible.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Dependable and trustworthy, with a 100% commitment to assigned dates, including punctuality and staying for the entire shift. A geo-tracking app will be used for clocking in/out.
- A genuine passion for Health & Happiness, and enthusiasm for the product and company; prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus.
- Must provide a 4ft demo table (a branded tablecloth will be supplied).
- Ability to provide your own demo supplies (e.g., cups, cutting board, gloves); these are non-reimbursable.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized demo table.
- Professional attire required: black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed style) and black sneakers or comfortable clean black shoes (a branded tee will be provided).
- Possession of a current food certificate (non-reimbursable).
- Must fluently speak and understand English.
