About This Role
KiZE Concepts LLC is looking for an enthusiastic individual to conduct in-store samplings for KiZE snack bars at local Sprouts Farmers Market locations. KiZE is a mission-based, all-natural health food company emphasizing clean, simple, and minimal ingredients. The successful candidate will increase product awareness and sales by engaging customers, offering samples in a friendly and informative way, and creating a positive experience to foster a loyal customer base.
This program runs from Friday, January 9th through Monday, March 2nd. The hired individual will commit to all dates and visit five different store locations during the weekly schedule.
- Friday: 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM (one location) - $120 rate
- Saturday and Sunday: 10 AM - 1 PM and 2 PM - 5 PM (two locations each day) - $240 rate
Payment is made bi-weekly via direct deposit as an Independent Contractor.
Requirements:
- Demo experience preferred; customer service or marketing experience is a must.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and sales-focused, with the ability to transfer brand knowledge into natural conversation without being overly sales aggressive.
- Must be outgoing and personable, actively engaging with as many customers as possible.
- Reliable transportation.
- Dependable and trustworthy, with 100% commitment to assigned dates, arriving on time, and staying for the entire shift.
- A genuine passion for health and happiness, with enthusiasm for the product and company. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus but not required.
- Possession of a 4ft demo table (branded tablecloth will be provided).
- Ability to provide your own demo supplies (sampling cups, cutting board, knives, gloves, etc.), which are non-reimbursable.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift.
- Current Food Certificate.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized demo table.
- Professional attire: black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed style) and black sneakers or comfortable clean black shoes (branded tee will be provided).
- Fluent in spoken and understood English.
