KiZE Snack Bar Sampling Costco Demos at Costco

Chad Lewis Collection, on behalf of KiZE Concepts LLC, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to conduct in-store samplings for KiZE snack bars at Costco. KiZE is a mission-based, all-natural health food company dedicated to creating products with clean, simple, and minimal ingredients.

This role focuses on increasing product awareness and driving sales by engaging with customers in a friendly, informative manner. You will educate customers on the benefits of KiZE products and the company's mission, creating a positive experience to foster a loyal customer base. You will work alongside a Costco CDS staff member responsible for sample preparation, allowing you to concentrate on customer interaction and answering product-related questions.

We are looking to hire one committed individual for three weekends in January and one road show in February at the Costco located at 4816 North 118th Avenue East, Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74116. The January dates are 10th & 11th, 17th & 18th, and 24th & 25th. Hours for these events are 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. The pay rate is $30/hour, which includes a paid half-hour break. Payment is via direct deposit bi-weekly (according to the pay schedule) as an Independent Contractor.

Requirements:

• Demo experience preferred; customer service or marketing experience is a must.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and sales-focused. You should be able to convey brand knowledge effectively without being overly aggressive in sales.
• Outgoing and personable. The ability to engage with a large number of people, ensuring every customer is greeted with a warm smile and offered a sample.
• Reliable transportation.
• Dependable and trustworthy. You must arrive on time and commit 100% to assigned shifts, staying for the entire duration. A geo-tracking app will be used for clocking in/out.
• Passion for Health & Happiness. Genuine enthusiasm for the product and company to effectively communicate with customers. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Professional attire: Black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed style) and black sneakers or comfortable, clean black shoes. A branded tee will be provided.
• Must fully speak and understand English.
