KiZE In-Store Sampling Demo

Chad Lewis Collection is seeking enthusiastic individuals for in-store sampling of KiZE snack bars at local Sprouts Farmers Market locations. KiZE, a mission-based, all-natural health food company, offers products with clean, simple, and minimal ingredients. The primary focus of this role is to increase product awareness and sales by engaging customers, offering samples in a friendly and informative manner, and creating a positive experience to cultivate a loyal customer base. We are looking for one committed individual to work all program dates. Please review the description carefully and respond only if you meet all requirements.

The program runs from Friday, January 9th, through Monday, March 2nd. You will visit four different store locations during your weekly schedule.

The weekly schedule is Saturday and Sunday (two locations each day), from 10 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm, with a rate of $240. Payment is bi-weekly via direct deposit as an Independent Contractor.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Previous demo experience is preferred; customer service or marketing experience is a must.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and sales-focused, with the ability to transfer brand knowledge into natural conversation without being overly sales-aggressive.
• Must be outgoing and personable, actively engaging with as many people as possible.
• Reliable transportation.
• Dependable and trustworthy, with a 100% commitment to assigned dates, ensuring you arrive on time and stay for the entire shift.
• Possess a genuine passion for health and happiness, expressing enthusiasm about the product and company to customers. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus but not required.
• Provide a 4ft demo table (a branded tablecloth will be provided).
• Supply your own demo supplies (sampling cups, cutting board, knives, gloves, etc.), which are non-reimbursed.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Hold a current Food Certificate.
• Maintain a clean and organized demo table.
• Adhere to a dress code of black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed style) and black sneakers or comfortable clean black shoes (a branded tee will be provided).
• Fluency in spoken and understood English is required.
