About This Role
Chad Lewis Collection is seeking enthusiastic and sales-focused individuals to conduct in-store samplings for KiZE snack bars at Sam's Club. KiZE is a mission-based, all-natural health food company known for its clean, simple, and minimal ingredients. The primary goal of this role is to increase product awareness and drive sales by engaging with customers in a friendly and informative manner, offering samples, and educating them on the product benefits and company mission. We aim to create a positive experience that cultivates a loyal customer base.
We are looking for one dedicated individual to commit to all scheduled dates. There will be three weekends in January and February, with the possibility of future demonstrations based on sales performance.
Schedule:
- January 2026: Saturday and Sunday, 10th-11th, 17th-18th, 24th-25th
- February 2026: Saturday and Sunday, 14th-15th, 21st-22nd, 28th-1st
- Shift Time: 9:45 AM - 5:15 PM all dates
Compensation:
- Pay Rate: $240 per demo to execute 7 hours (includes paid breaks)
- Payment: Paid direct deposit bi-weekly (according to pay schedule)
Requirements:
- Demo experience preferred; customer service or marketing experience is a must.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and SALES focused, with the ability to seamlessly integrate brand knowledge into natural conversation without being overly aggressive.
- Outgoing and personable, with a proactive approach to engaging as many customers as possible.
- Reliable transportation.
- Dependable and trustworthy, with a 100% commitment to assigned dates, ensuring on-time arrival and completion of the entire shift. A geo-tracking app will be used for clocking in/out.
- Passion for all things related to Health & Happiness, demonstrating genuine enthusiasm for the product and company; prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus but not required.
- Must provide a 4ft demo table (branded tablecloth will be provided).
- Ability to provide own demo supplies (e.g., cups, cutting board, gloves); these are non-reimbursable.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized demo table.
- Adhere to dress code: black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed style) and black sneakers or comfortable, clean black shoes (branded tee will be provided).
- Possess a current food certificate (non-reimbursable).
- Fully speak and understand English.
