KiZE Snack Bar Sampling

Chad Lewis Collection is seeking enthusiastic individuals to conduct in-store samplings for KiZE snack bars at local Sprout's Farmers Market locations. KiZE Concepts LLC is a mission-based, all-natural health food company dedicated to clean, simple, and minimal ingredients. The primary focus of this role is to increase product awareness and sales by engaging with customers, offering samples in a friendly and informative manner, and creating a positive experience to foster a loyal customer base.

This program runs from Friday, January 9th, through Monday, March 2nd. We are looking for one committed individual to work every date. You will visit three different store locations during your weekly schedule.

Weekly Schedule and Compensation:

• Saturday: Two locations per day, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM ($240 rate)
• Sunday: One location, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM ($150 rate)

Compensation is paid bi-weekly via direct deposit as an Independent Contractor.

Requirements:

• Demo experience preferred; customer service or marketing experience is a must.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and sales-focused, with the ability to convey brand knowledge naturally without being overly aggressive.
• Must be outgoing and personable, engaging with as many customers as possible (e.g., greeting every passing customer with a warm smile and sample).
• Reliable transportation is essential.
• Dependable and trustworthy, demonstrating a 100% commitment to assigned dates by arriving on time and staying for the entire shift.
• A genuine passion for health and wellness, with enthusiasm for the product and company. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus but not required.
• Ability to provide a 4ft demo table (a branded tablecloth will be provided).
• Ability to provide your own demo supplies (sampling cups, cutting board, knives, gloves, etc.), which are non-reimbursed.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Possession of a Current Food Certificate.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized demo table.
• Appropriate attire includes black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed style) and black sneakers or comfortable clean black shoes (a branded tee will be provided).
• Must fully speak and understand English.
