KiZE In-Store Sampling Demo

KiZE Concepts LLC, in partnership with Chad Lewis Collection, is seeking enthusiastic individuals for an exciting in-store sampling role. This position focuses on promoting KiZE snack bars at Costco, a product from a mission-based, all-natural health food company known for its clean, simple, and minimal ingredients.

As a brand ambassador, your primary goal will be to increase product awareness and drive sales. You will engage with customers, offering samples and sharing insights about KiZE's product benefits and company mission. Excellent customer service is key, as you will be responsible for creating a positive experience that cultivates a loyal customer base. You will collaborate with a Costco CDS staff member who will handle sample preparation, allowing you to concentrate on customer interaction and education.

This opportunity requires a commitment to three weekends in January and one road show in February at the Lubbock, Texas location (6020 34th Street, Lubbock, Texas, 79407). The January dates are: 10th & 11th, 17th & 18th, and 24th & 25th. Hours are 10 am - 4 pm for each shift. The pay rate is $30/hour, which includes a paid half-hour break. Payment will be made via direct deposit bi-weekly (according to the pay schedule) as an Independent Contractor.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Demo experience preferred; however, customer service or marketing experience is a must.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and SALES focused, with the ability to naturally integrate brand knowledge into conversations without being overly aggressive.
• Outgoing and personable, with a strong ability to engage with a high volume of customers.
• Reliable transportation.
• Dependable and trustworthy, arriving on time and staying for the entire shift, demonstrating 100% commitment to assigned dates. A geo-tracking app will be used for clocking in/out.
• Passion for health and wellness, with genuine enthusiasm for the product and company. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Professional attire is required: black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed style) and black sneakers or comfortable clean black shoes (a branded tee will be provided).
• Must fully speak and understand English.
