KiZE Snack Bar Sampling Demo

KiZE Concepts LLC is seeking enthusiastic individuals to conduct in-store samplings for our natural snack bars at local Sprouts Farmers Market locations. KiZE is a mission-based health food company dedicated to clean, simple, and minimal ingredients. The primary focus of this role is to increase product awareness and drive sales by engaging customers, offering samples in a friendly and informative manner, and creating a positive experience to foster a loyal customer base.

We are looking for one committed individual to cover all dates for this program, which runs from Friday, January 9th, through Monday, March 2nd. You will visit three different store locations during your weekly schedule.

Weekly Schedule:

• Saturday: Two locations each day (10 AM - 1 PM and 2 PM - 5 PM) - $240 rate
• Sunday: One location (11 AM - 3 PM) - $150 rate

Payment will be made bi-weekly via direct deposit as an Independent Contractor.

Requirements:

• Demo experience preferred; customer service or marketing experience is a must.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and sales-focused, with the ability to transfer brand knowledge into normal conversation without being overly sales aggressive.
• Must be outgoing and personable, committed to engaging with as many people as possible.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Dependable and trustworthy, with 100% commitment to assigned dates, ensuring on-time arrival and completion of the entire shift.
• A genuine passion for health and happiness, with enthusiasm for the product and company to share with customers. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus but not required.
• Must provide a 4ft demo table (a branded tablecloth will be provided).
• Must provide demo supplies (sampling cups, cutting board, knives, gloves, etc.), which are non-reimbursable.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Possession of a Current Food Certificate.
• Maintain a clean and organized demo table.
• Adhere to dress code: black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed style), and black sneakers or comfortable clean black shoes (a branded tee will be provided).
• Must be able to fully speak and understand English.
