Kim Crawford Wine Sampling

VIBRANT Marketing is seeking enthusiastic and professional Brand Ambassadors to represent Kim Crawford Wine at the prestigious BNP Paribas Open - Club Kim. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with event attendees and promote a well-known brand in a dynamic environment. We are looking for individuals with previous alcohol sampling experience. Please highlight your relevant experience and specific brands you have worked with when applying. The event schedule requires availability for March 5 - 7th and March 12 - 14th, encompassing both weekends. Working hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily. Brand Ambassadors not local to Indio can arrive at the hotel after 4:00 PM on March 4th and 11th for the respective weekends. Check-out is scheduled for Sunday morning, March 8th and March 15th, to prevent same-day travel after shifts. If an early departure on Saturday is preferred, notification by February 23rd is required to adjust hotel bookings. Mandatory virtual paid training will take place on February 23rd at 1:00 PM PST. Compensation for this role includes:

• BA flat rate for both weekends: $1200
• BA Food Per Diem: $450 total (covers both weekends)
• BA Training: $25 (for 1 hour of training)
• BA Travel Pay: $300 flat (eligible only for those traveling from the LA/SD area and not local to Indio)
• Total potential earnings: $1975.00 USD flat (for working both weekends)

The event will be held at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, 78-200 Miles Ave, Indian Wells, CA 92210. Accommodation will be provided at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Indio - Coachella Valley, an IHG Hotel, 84054 Indio Springs Drive, Indio, CA, 92203 United States of America. Please note that accommodations are exclusively for those not local to Indio. Each staff member will have a private hotel room. We require notification regarding local status and accommodation needs. Parking is also included and separate from the flat rate payment. Brand Ambassadors will be integral to the Kim Crawford presence at the BNP Paribas Open, a professional tennis tournament. Our activation will feature a 30 x 50 footprint with a bar, lounge, sampling cart, yard games, and giveaways, adjacent to a 31 x 37 lawn area designated for yard games and picnic tables. Primary duties include:

• Conducting wine sampling
• Taking engaging photos
• Administering surveys
• Distributing promotional giveaways to guests

Uniforms will be provided; please be prepared to provide your top and bottom sizing.
