About This Role

Activation, Field, or Brand Ambassador Manager - Mi Campo Tequila


We are seeking a dynamic and flexible Activation, Field, or Brand Ambassador Manager for Mi Campo Tequila. The ideal candidate will be adaptable to scheduling changes and capable of responding to venue requirements effectively. This role demands a tech-savvy individual proficient in capturing high-quality photos during events for client reporting.


This is a Team Lead (TL) position with a pay rate of $40 per hour. Mileage will be reimbursed at $0.40 per mile for travel between your home, storage unit, venue, and back home.


Activation shifts are likely 5-6 hours, with exact timings confirmed by the venue. The Team Lead is expected to arrive 2 hours prior to activation for logistics management, which includes picking up assets from storage, transporting Mi Campo assets to Chase Center, setting up, and activating with two Brand Ambassadors (BAs).



Scheduled Activation Dates:


  • Thursday, October 23
    • TL picks up supplies from storage unit and drops off at arena: ~11:00 AM - 12:00 PM (time may vary per venue direction)
    • TL & BAs Arrive: 4:00 PM
    • Show Ready: 5:00 PM
    • Doors/Event Begins: 5:30 PM
    • Tip Off: 7:00 PM
    • Beginning of 3rd Quarter/Event Ends: 8:30 PM (75-90 minutes from tip-off)
    • Tear Down Ends/TL & BAs Depart: 9:30 PM
  • Tuesday, October 28
    • TL picks up supplies from storage unit and drops off at arena: ~11:00 AM - 12:00 PM (time may vary per venue direction)
    • TL & BAs Arrive: 5:00 PM
    • Show Ready: 6:00 PM
    • Doors/Event Begins: 6:30 PM
    • Tip Off: 8:00 PM
