About This Role
VIBRANT Studios is bringing world-class immersive adventures to life with a legendary Dungeons & Dragons fantasy experience! Step into a realm of wonder with 360° projections, life-size artifacts, stunning set recreations, and a magical official boutique — all designed to transport fans straight into their favorite campaigns!
Location: Plano, Texas (Exact address TBD)
Shifts: Flexible and rotating shifts available. You can anticipate 1-2 shifts per week guaranteed. Shifts will be from Wednesday-Sunday, ranging in hours. All schedules will be provided 2 weeks in advance to give staff opportunity to confirm their shifts. We are open during the following hours (subject to change):
- Wednesday: 3 PM - 9 PM
- Thursday: 3 PM - 9 PM
- Friday: 1 PM - 10 PM
- Saturday: 10 AM - 10 PM
- Sunday: 10 AM - 10 PM
Training: Provided! Come ready to learn and level up.

Your Quest (aka Duties): We're looking for energetic, versatile Brand Ambassadors who love to create unforgettable moments!
HARPER: You will use your acting skills to welcome guests into the dungeon, set up their experience inside the dungeon, assist guests in answering questions, provide information and guidance, and contribute to creating a warm and welcoming environment. This role requires previous acting or performing skills and will require wearing a Harper costume.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting skills are required, and a costume will be worn for this role.
- Provide a high level of customer service, answering guest inquiries and providing accurate information about the experiences, events, or performances.
- Guide guests to facilities, such as restrooms and exits, while ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the venue layout and emergency procedures to assist guests in case of any issues or emergencies.
- Assist in crowd management, including line control, directing traffic flow, and ensuring orderly entry and exit of guests during peak times or high-demand events.
