About This Role
VIBRANT Studios is seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to bring world-class immersive adventures to life with a legendary Dungeons & Dragons fantasy experience! This role supports a realm of wonder featuring 360° projections, life-size artifacts, stunning set recreations, and a magical official boutique designed to transport fans directly into their favorite campaigns.
This position is located in Plano, Texas (Exact address TBD). We offer flexible and rotating shifts, with an anticipation of 1-2 shifts per week guaranteed. Shifts will be scheduled Wednesday through Sunday, with varying hours. All schedules will be provided 2 weeks in advance to allow staff to confirm their availability. Our operational hours, which are subject to change, are:
As a Lobby Attendant Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers by managing ticket sales, scanning guests, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors. We are looking for energetic, versatile Brand Ambassadors who are passionate about creating unforgettable moments.

As a Lobby Attendant Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers by managing ticket sales, scanning guests, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and deliver excellent customer service consistently.
- Sell tickets accurately and efficiently using a computerized ticketing system.
- Provide comprehensive information about event schedules, pricing, and promotions.
- Maintain current knowledge of all present and upcoming experiences to effectively answer customer inquiries.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, or ticketing issues professionally and courteously.
- Demonstrate excellent accuracy when utilizing POS systems.
- Take ownership in cleaning, re-stocking, and performing any other tasks assigned by your supervisor.
- Stay informed on promotions, in-store sales, and events at D&D Immersive Quest.
