About This Role

Chad Lewis Collection is seeking enthusiastic individuals for in-store sampling of KiZE snack bars at Sam’s Club. KiZE Concepts LLC is a mission-based, all-natural health food company known for its clean, simple, and minimal ingredients. The primary focus of this role is to increase product awareness and drive sales by engaging customers in a friendly and informative manner, offering samples, and educating them on product benefits and the company's mission. The goal is to create a positive experience that builds a loyal customer base.

We are looking to hire one committed individual to cover all specified dates below. There will be 3 weekends scheduled in January and February 2026, with the possibility of future demo opportunities based on sales performance.

January 2026 Dates (Saturday and Sunday):

  • 10th-11th
  • 17th-18th
  • 24th-25th

February 2026 Dates (Saturday and Sunday):

  • 14th-15th
  • 21st-22nd
  • 28th-1st (March)

Shift Times for All Dates: 9:45 AM - 5:15 PM

Pay Rate: $240 per demo for 7 hours of work (includes paid breaks). Payments are made via direct deposit bi-weekly, according to the pay schedule.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior demo experience is preferred; customer service or marketing experience is a must.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and SALES-focused, with the ability to naturally integrate brand knowledge into conversations without being overly aggressive.
  • Outgoing and personable, with a proactive approach to engaging as many customers as possible.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Dependable and trustworthy, committed to arriving on time and staying for the entire shift. 100% adherence to assigned dates is required. A geo-tracking app will be used for clocking in/out.
  • Passion for Health & Happiness, demonstrating genuine enthusiasm for the product and company. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to provide a 4ft demo table (a branded tablecloth will be provided).
  • Ability to provide own demo supplies (e.g., cups, cutting board, gloves); these are non-reimbursed.
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized demo table.
  • Appropriate attire: black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed styles), and black sneakers or comfortable clean black shoes (a branded tee will be provided).
  • Possession of a current food certificate (non-reimbursed).
  • Must fully speak and understand English.
