KiZE Snack Bar Sampling Demo

Chad Lewis Collection is seeking enthusiastic individuals to conduct in-store samplings for KiZE snack bars at local Sprouts Farmers Market locations. KiZE Concepts LLC is a mission-based, all-natural health food company known for its clean, simple, and minimal ingredients. This role focuses on increasing product awareness and sales by engaging customers in a friendly and informative way, offering samples, and creating a positive experience to cultivate a loyal customer base. We are looking for one dedicated individual to commit to all specified dates. Please review the requirements carefully and respond only if you meet **all** of them.

The program runs from **Friday, January 9th through Monday, March 2nd**. You will visit two different store locations each week.

The weekly schedule is **Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM** (one location per day). The rate is **$150 per weekend** and will be **paid bi-weekly via direct deposit as an Independent Contractor**.

Requirements:

• Demo experience preferred; **customer service or marketing experience is a must**.
• **Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and sales-focused**. You should be personable, not overly aggressive in sales, and able to convey brand knowledge naturally.
• **Must be outgoing and personable**. The goal is to engage with as many people as possible; greet every customer with a warm smile and a sample, ensuring no one passes by without an offer.
• **Reliable transportation**.
• **Dependable and trustworthy**. You must arrive on time and stay for the entire shift, demonstrating **100% commitment to assigned dates**.
• **Passion for all things related to Health & Happiness** and genuine enthusiasm for the product and company to convey to customers. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus but not required.
• **4ft demo table** (a branded tablecloth will be provided).
• Demo supplies (sampling cups, cutting board, knives, gloves, etc.) are **non-reimbursed**.
• Ability to **stand for the entire shift**.
• **Current Food Certificate**.
• Maintain a **clean and organized demo table**.
• **Black pants** (no leggings) or nice **blue jeans** (no holes or distressed style) and **black sneakers or comfortable clean black shoes** (a branded tee will be provided).
• **Fully speak and understand English**.
