Sporting Goods Campus Marketing Activation

A+ Staffing is seeking energetic, engaging, and dependable Brand Ambassadors to represent a well-known sporting goods brand during guerrilla marketing activations and tailgating events on local college campuses.

This is a Street Team position at Albany State University, 504 College Drive, Albany, GA 31705 on 10/18/2025. Hours are from 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (exact times may vary, but shifts are at least six hours long).

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the brand, interacting directly with game-day fans, sharing key product messaging, and building excitement around the brand experience. Responsibilities include:

• Engaging with students, alumni, and fans in a friendly and approachable way
• Handing out branded giveaways and ensuring a positive guest experience
• Educating attendees about the brand and its offerings
• Encouraging event-goers to sign up via text message or QR code to participate in promotions or access exclusive content
• Maintaining a professional and high-energy presence throughout the event
