Premium Running Shoe Event

We are seeking polished, energetic, and dependable Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium running shoe brand at a high-energy consumer event in Anaheim, CA.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will consistently rotate through multiple positions, including both front-of-house and backstage operations. You must be prepared to jump in wherever and whenever needed, bringing your enthusiastic and energetic personality to the forefront.

Compensation: $32/hour

Event Details:

• Location: Anaheim, CA
• Dates: January 29, 2026 – January 31, 2026

Event Schedule:

• Thursday, January 29, 2026 – 7:45 AM to 7:00 PM
• Friday, January 30, 2026 – 11:45 AM to 6:45 PM
• Saturday, January 31, 2026 – 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Mandatory Training:

• Virtual Training – Tuesday, January 27, 2026 – 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM
• On-site Training – Wednesday, January 28, 2026 – 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Front-of-House Responsibilities (may include, but are not limited to):

• Directional: Greet guests warmly, guide them through the event footprint, share key brand talking points, and efficiently manage line queues.
• Cashiers: Process transactions accurately and ensure correct product selections at checkout.
• Runners: Quickly and accurately retrieve products for guest purchases.
• Express Trialing: Assist guests with shoe try-ons and manage the flow of the fitting area.

You may also be requested to support backstage operations as needed.

Backstage Responsibilities (may include, but are not limited to):

• Loaders: Load individual shoe boxes into chutes or bins within the activation space.
• Carton Prep / Backstock: Open boxes, sort, and organize shoes in the back-of-house stock area.
• Runners: Efficiently transport products from the back-of-house to the activation floor.

• Welcome and engage guests with abundant energy and professionalism.
• Communicate brand and product messaging clearly and consistently.
• Provide clear directions to help guests navigate the space and shop efficiently.
