Nationwide Merchandising Team Reset Project

A+ Staffing is currently seeking experienced Merchandising Teams to support critical category resets for a major global convenience store chain across Minnesota. We are looking for organized, reliable merchandisers who excel in fast-paced retail environments and are ready to make an immediate impact. This project runs from January 12, 2026, to May 30, 2026. The compensation for this role is $21/hr (W-2, paid weekly via direct deposit). Work hours are typically Monday through Friday, with flexible start times between 7 AM and 7 PM. Each store visit involves two shifts to complete two category resets, totaling approximately 8–12 hours per day. You will be part of a two-person merchandising team, conducting recurring visits within a set territory across multiple stores in Minnesota. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately complete planogram resets, including product placement, signage, adds/deletes, and tagging.
• Execute planogram updates and revisions across assigned stores to meet vendor and retailer standards.
• Re-merchandise end caps, feature areas, displays, and seasonal setups.
• Install, adjust, and reset beams, steel structures, shelves, and store fixtures.
• Ensure all product sets and displays adhere to retailer and vendor guidelines.
• Set signage, labels, safety tags, and fixture components according to provided diagrams.
• Communicate effectively with store leadership and team leads to confirm project requirements and completion.
• Complete daily reporting, including detailed before/after photos and task documentation.
• Clean and prepare fixtures for new merchandise.
• Inspect and stock products, ensuring items are not damaged or expired.
• Maintain flexibility and adapt to changing on-site needs.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail merchandising, store resets, or fixture installation is preferred.
• Ability to commit to the full project schedule (January 12, 2026 – May 30, 2026).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various store locations within the territory.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in reading and executing detailed planograms accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A video interview is required for the hiring process.

There is potential for full-time hours based on project needs and performance.
