Amazon Fleet Graphics Installation

GMR Marketing is seeking a Transport Ambassador for an exciting activation with one of the largest online retailers, Amazon. This temporary, on-site position in Austin, Texas, runs from Monday, January 5th to Monday, January 12th.

As a Transport Ambassador, you will be an essential part of a team facilitating the installation of graphics on Amazon delivery vehicles. Your primary responsibility will be transporting Amazon fleet vans from their home station to the installation area and back. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring all vans are completed each night and will assist the Site Supervisor with auditing and completing necessary paperwork and recaps for the Field Manager.

This role requires open availability to work overnight, 3-4 times Monday through Sunday, from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport vans to and from designated locations.
• Return keys at the end of the shift to the designated drop location.
• Provide the Senior Lead and Field Manager with nightly updates, quality feedback, and recaps.
• Accurately maintain completion reports and audit program activity as assigned by the Senior Lead or Field Manager.
• Collaborate effectively within your team and maintain a professional demeanor on-site to foster positive relationships with vendors and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must possess an active/valid driver's license.
• Ability to work overnight shifts with open availability.
• Physical activity requirements may include long-distance walking and lifting <50 lbs.
