About This Role
We are seeking an Experienced Experiential Producer/Field Manager for the Southwest Airlines “12 Days of Gifting” Airport Activation. This exciting opportunity runs from December 3rd – December 14th, 2025, with a pre-event setup on December 2nd, 2025 for Gate Takeovers.
This role is located at a Local Airport (exact terminal provided upon booking) and offers a competitive rate of $65/hr. Each shift will be 6 hours total, comprising 4 hours of activation, 1 hour of setup, and 1 hour of breakdown. Parking will be fully covered/reimbursed, and 3 branded shirts will be provided as a uniform.
About the Program: Southwest Airlines is bringing holiday cheer with its annual “12 Days of Gifting” activations, a daily surprise-and-delight experience for travelers. Each day, passengers will be met with thoughtful gifts and friendly faces to brighten their journey.
Responsibilities:
- Lead on-site execution at the assigned airport.
- Manage one Brand Ambassador.
- Oversee gifting inventory and ensure the footprint is styled and executed exactly as designed.
- Arrive 1 hour early each day to confirm setup, layout, and signage per approved rendering.
- Maintain a tidy, styled, and guest-ready footprint throughout the event.
- Reload and track gifting inventory as needed throughout the day.
- Capture quick photos/videos for daily recaps.
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for the agency, airport operations, and vendors.
- Assist with 6 Southwest Gate Takeovers on December 2nd, supporting décor, signage, and early gifting prep.
- Receive and manage occasional small shipments to your home (signage, uniforms, or gifting) prior to the event.
- Support daily breakdown and ensure all assets are properly stored or returned.
