Southwest Airlines Holiday Gifting Activation

Southwest Airlines is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Brand Ambassadors to help bring the Southwest spirit to life during its annual “12 Days of Gifting” airport activations. These joyful, surprise-and-delight experiences are designed to brighten travelers’ journeys during the holidays.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will work alongside the on-site Field Manager to greet travelers, distribute gifts, and maintain an engaging activation footprint throughout each day. Your professionalism and enthusiasm will be key to creating memorable experiences for travelers.

Responsibilities:

• Arrive 1 hour before activation to assist with setup and ensure the footprint is clean, festive, and on-brand.
• Welcome and engage travelers with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Distribute daily gifts and assist with surprise-and-delight moments.
• Help reload and restock gifting inventory throughout the day.
• Keep the activation tidy, photo-ready, and styled per the provided rendering.
• Support the Field Manager in daily operations and communication with airport staff.
• Assist with (6) Southwest Gate Takeovers on December 2nd (setup/décor and gifting support day).
• Support breakdown and cleanup each day.

• Tue, Dec 2: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (6 hrs) – Gate Takeover Setup & Support
• Wed, Dec 3: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (6 hrs) – Day 1 Activation
• Thu, Dec 4: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (6 hrs) – Day 2 Activation
• Fri, Dec 5: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (6 hrs) – Day 3 Activation
• Sat, Dec 6: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (6 hrs) – Weekend Travelers
• Sun, Dec 7: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (6 hrs) – Family Travel Focus
• Mon, Dec 8: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (6 hrs) – Business Travel Push
• Tue, Dec 9: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (6 hrs) – Mid-Program Refresh
• Wed, Dec 10: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (6 hrs) – Peak Holiday Traffic
• Thu, Dec 11: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (6 hrs) – Gate Giveaway Day
• Fri, Dec 12: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (6 hrs) – Surprise & Delight
• Sat, Dec 13: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (6 hrs) – Weekend Send-Off
• Sun, Dec 14: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (6 hrs) – Final Celebration 🎉

Total Hours: 78 hrs

Total Pay: $3,120 ($40/hr)

Qualifications:

• Prior event or brand ambassador experience preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with travelers.
• Professional and dependable with excellent communication skills.
