Southwest Airlines Holiday Gifting Activation

Join Southwest Airlines in spreading holiday cheer as an Experienced Experiential Producer/Field Manager for their annual “12 Days of Gifting” Airport Activation. This exciting opportunity involves leading on-site execution at a local airport, managing a Brand Ambassador, and ensuring a delightful experience for travelers.

This is a temporary position with the following key details:

• Activation Dates: December 3rd – December 14th, 2025
• Pre-Event Setup: December 2nd, 2025 (Gate Takeovers)
• Location: Local Airport (exact terminal provided upon booking)
• Pay: $65/hr
• Shift Length: 4-hour activation + 1-hour setup + 1-hour breakdown (6 hours total)
• Parking: Fully covered/reimbursed
• Uniform: 3 branded shirts provided

The “12 Days of Gifting” program is a daily surprise-and-delight experience, where passengers are met with thoughtful gifts and friendly faces to brighten their journey. As the leader on-site, you will manage one Brand Ambassador, oversee gifting inventory, and ensure the event footprint is styled and executed exactly as designed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Arriving 1 hour early each day to confirm setup, layout, and signage per approved rendering.
• Leading and managing one Brand Ambassador during all activation hours.
• Maintaining a tidy, styled, and guest-ready footprint throughout the event.
• Reloading and tracking gifting inventory as needed throughout the day.
• Capturing quick photos/videos for daily recaps.
• Serving as the on-site point of contact for agency, airport operations, and vendors.
• Assisting with six Southwest Gate Takeovers on December 2nd (setup day), supporting décor, signage, and early gifting preparation.
• Receiving and managing occasional small shipments to your home (signage, uniforms, or gifting) prior to the event.
• Supporting daily breakdown and ensuring all assets are properly stored or returned.

The tentative shift schedule is as follows (times may shift):

• Tue, Dec 2: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Gate Takeover Support / Setup)
• Wed, Dec 3: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Day 1 Activation)
• Thu, Dec 4: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Day 2 Activation)
• Fri, Dec 5: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Day 3 Activation)
• Sat, Dec 6: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Weekend Travelers)
• Sun, Dec 7: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Family Travel Focus)
