About This Role
Southwest Airlines is seeking an Experiential Producer | Field Manager to spread holiday cheer through its annual "12 Days of Gifting" activations. This exciting program delivers daily surprise-and-delight experiences for travelers, offering thoughtful gifts and friendly faces to brighten their journeys.
As the Experiential Producer/Field Manager, you will be responsible for leading on-site execution at your assigned airport. This includes managing one Brand Ambassador, overseeing gifting inventory, and ensuring the activation's footprint is styled and executed precisely as designed. Some footprint production elements and installation may be required.
Responsibilities:
- Arrive 1 hour early each day to confirm setup, layout, and signage per the approved rendering.
- Lead and manage one Brand Ambassador during all activation hours.
- Maintain a tidy, styled, and guest-ready footprint throughout the event.
- Reload and track gifting inventory as needed throughout the day.
- Capture quick photos/videos for daily recaps.
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for the agency, airport operations, and vendors.
- Assist with (6) Southwest Gate Takeovers on December 2nd (setup day), supporting décor, signage, and early gifting preparation.
- Receive and manage occasional small shipments to your home (signage, uniforms, or gifting) prior to the event.
- Support daily breakdown and ensure all assets are properly stored or returned.
