About This Role

The **Brand Ambassador (BA)** plays a crucial role in executing scheduled GEHA program activities, working closely with program management. This position focuses on building brand and company awareness, along with gaining exposure and trial at promotional program events. The BA will also be required to regularly attend program training sessions to stay current on relevant promotions and information. All events will be executed at **Arrowhead Stadium**, home of the Kansas City Chiefs. The BA will also perform any other duties assigned by program management or GMR Corporate Staff. GMR Duties & Responsibilities include:
  • Representing GMR Marketing professionally at all times.
  • Effectively and professionally communicating with teammates, consumers, and staff.
  • Maintaining a positive and motivated attitude in all situations.
  • Adhering to and understanding all rules, regulations, and procedures.
  • Remaining open to feedback, guidance, and direction regarding job performance and personal growth.
  • Presenting a clean and professional appearance at all times.
  • Being extremely punctual and effectively managing time.
  • Directing behavior to emphasize the achievement of program and individual goals, as well as core values.
  • Consistently demonstrating motivation to meet or exceed desired team and individual results and goals.
  • Meeting or exceeding program expectations and objectives.
  • Providing timely communication to management.
Program Essential Competencies, Duties, & Responsibilities include:
  • Leveraging a megaphone to attract the target demographic to a priority lane.
  • Checking IDs as fans enter the priority lane to ensure they are government employees (active, retired, veterans, etc.).
  • Distributing **Premiums**.
  • Proactively engaging with fans and encouraging qualified fans to utilize the priority lane.
  • Generating buzz through passion and engagement.
  • Enthusiastically creating memorable brand experiences for fans.
  • Assisting in setting up and tearing down assets as needed.
Program Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Responsibilities

  • Work with program management to execute scheduled GEHA program activities.
  • Build brand and company awareness and gain exposure and trial at promotional program activities.
  • Regularly attend program trainings to keep up to date on current and relevant promotions and information related to their position.
  • Work at the Arrowhead Stadium to execute all events.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned by program management and/or GMR Corporate Staff.
  • Represent GMR Marketing in a professional manner at all times.
  • Effectively and professionally communicate with teammates, consumers, and staff.
