Event Staff – Ravens Walk Pre-Game Activations (Fall 2025)

We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable team members to support five Ravens Walk pre-game activations during the 2025 football season. Staff will assist with event setup, fan engagement, brand giveaways, and teardown in a high-energy, outdoor environment before each home game.

Dates & Times: (Setup, breakdown, and activation times may vary; the final schedule will be provided during training)

• Sunday, September 14, 2025 vs. Browns: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM ET
• Monday, September 22, 2025 vs. Lions: 4:15 PM - 8:15 PM ET
• Sunday, October 5, 2025 vs. Texans: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM ET
• Sunday, October 12, 2025 vs. Rams: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM ET
• Sunday, October 26, 2025 vs. Bears: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM ET

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of the activation footprint.
• Engage with fans and encourage participation in the experience.
• Distribute branded giveaways or premiums.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fun environment.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Oversee and support the setup and breakdown of the activation footprint, ensuring all elements are executed according to plan.
• Coordinate with vendors, brand ambassadors, and onsite staff to maintain smooth event operations.
• Manage the flow of guests through the experience, encouraging participation and ensuring a positive brand interaction.
• Oversee inventory and distribution of branded giveaways or premiums, tracking quantities and ensuring proper display.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging environment, troubleshooting issues in real-time as they arise.
• Serve as an onsite brand representative and point of contact, embodying professionalism and enthusiasm while upholding client standards.
