About This Role
We are seeking a Part-Time Field Manager to oversee a set of markets within a given territory. This dynamic role blends field team management with essential account management responsibilities. The Field Manager will directly supervise field staff and serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for their assigned market, supported by a dedicated Account Team Lead (Senior Director, Sr. Account Supervisor, Account Executive).
This is an hourly position, estimated at 29 hours per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Team Management & Mentoring:
- Recruit, hire, and train Brand Ambassadors and Lead Brand Ambassadors for event execution.
- Create and manage event schedules within Havas Street Hub/Portal.
- Track field team mileage for pre-approved asset transportation and pre-approved pass-through expenses, providing weekly reports to the Account Team Lead.
- Coaching & Mentoring:
- Conduct spot checks at events, observing Brand Ambassadors and Lead Brand Ambassadors to provide positive and constructive on-site coaching.
- Coach Lead Brand Ambassadors on photo quality, recap commentary, and metrics.
- Identify Brand Ambassadors with potential for Lead Brand Ambassador roles and mentor them on necessary skill sets.
- Step in as a Lead Brand Ambassador as needed to cover absences.
- Regularly monitor and manage all market event activity via GroupMe or group texts.
- Provide feedback on footprint setup and commentary from the field team.
- Events & Campaigns Management:
- Ensure excellence in market event execution and special campaigns, and guarantee logistics meet client standards through consistent communication throughout events.
- Identify staffing requirements and collaborate with support teams to ensure appropriate staffing levels for assigned markets.
- Communicate event details and instructions to the field team via Route-of-Sale (ROS) and pre-event calls with leads.
- Ensure timely posting of recaps to Havas Street Hub.
- Facilitate clear, concise data capture with meaningful statements about event results.
- Ensure quality photos showcasing footprint setup, consumer engagements, and crowd size at footprints/venues.
