About This Role
Sampling Event Management: Execute and oversee all aspects of sampling events (on- and off-premise), ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and state regulations. Manage local storage units, including staff uniforms, giveaways, and promotional materials. Strategically schedule and staff events, registering off-premise events with the state as required. Attend events consistently to ensure success, stepping in as a Brand Ambassador when needed. Manage team credit cards and local budget; submit monthly financial reports, including market product spends. Complete program reports (event recaps, photos, and key performance data) and submit weekly payroll reports, even during holidays.
Brand Ambassador Team Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise a team of 20-30 local Brand Ambassadors. Coach the team on key talking points, sampling legalities, and best practices. Provide clear direction and mentorship to ensure team preparedness and performance.
Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for local sales teams, distributors, key accounts, and event locations.
