Amazon Fleet Graphics Installation

GMR Marketing is seeking a Transport Ambassador for an Amazon activation in Boston, Massachusetts. This temporary position runs from Monday, January 5th to Thursday, January 15th, with overnight shifts (8:30 PM – 7:00 AM) 3-4 times a week, Monday through Sunday.

As a Transport Ambassador, you will represent one of the largest online retailers, Amazon, by facilitating the installation of graphics on Amazon delivery vehicles. Your primary responsibilities will include transporting Amazon fleet vans from their home station to the install area and back. You will be crucial in ensuring all vans are completed nightly and assisting the Site Supervisor with auditing and necessary paperwork/recaps for the Field Manager.

Required Skills & Responsibilities:

• Safely transport vans to and from designated locations; must have an active/valid driver's license.
• Return keys at the end of the shift to the designated drop location as specified by your manager.
• Provide the Senior Lead and the Field Manager with any updates, quality feedback, and recaps on a nightly basis.
• Accurately maintain completion reports and audits of program activity as assigned by the Senior Lead or Field Manager.
• Work professionally and collaboratively within your team to maintain a good relationship with the vendor and client.

Physical Requirements:

This role may involve physical activity, including but not limited to long-distance walking and lifting <50lbs. The employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and reach above shoulders, kneel, stoop, or crouch. Specific abilities required by this job include close vision, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, and sitting for extended periods of time.
