Amazon Vehicle Graphics Installation

GMR Marketing is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Set-up/Labor Help for an Amazon activation in Boston, Massachusetts. This temporary position runs from Monday, January 5th to Thursday, January 15th and requires full and open availability to work overnight (8:30 PM – 7:00 AM) and on weekends.

As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the installation of graphics onto Amazon delivery vehicles. You will work alongside your team to transport Amazon vans to and from the premises once graphics are installed.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site activity, ensuring all elements are in place for nightly execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Field Manager (FM) and the on-site team.
• Manage on-site communication with team members, graphic installers, vendors, and Amazon via the preferred communication platform.
• Assist the FM in collecting keys from various locations for vehicle transportation.
• Confirm Lead Brand Ambassadors for each shift.
• Transport vans to and from the installation location while adhering to all safety requirements.
• Return keys at the end of each shift to the designated drop location specified by your FM.
• Accurately maintain completion reports and conduct audits of program activity, providing updates to the FM at the end of each shift.
• Other responsibilities as needed.

Required Skills:

• Active and valid driver's license.
