About This Role

As an On! Nicotine Brand Ambassador, you will compliantly engage with qualified consumers in various golf environments, including local courses, clubs, driving ranges, and other golf-related experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate an environment that fosters brand awareness, delivers relevant message points, and aligns the applicable benefit proposition of our product with the consumers you interact with.

The Brand Ambassador will support all operational aspects of scheduled activities. This may include promotional sales offers, product usage demonstrations, and educating consumers on the product line. Given the varying nature of activities and the evolving operations of the program, Brand Ambassadors work a flexible schedule that primarily includes nights and weekends.

We are seeking individuals who are highly adept at relating to consumers and establishing credible relationships. To ensure a high level of product knowledge, Brand Ambassadors are required to regularly attend program training sessions to stay updated on current promotions and relevant product information. Ideal candidates are performance-driven and are revered as experts in the brand's product offerings.
