A+ Staffing is seeking energetic and outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent a Major Soda Brand at the PRO FOOTBALL Tailgate at Paycor Stadium.

Join our powerhouse hype crew for a high-energy pre-game event with thousands of fans and ice-cold sodas!

Event Details:
Date: Thursday, October 16, 2025
Time: 3:00 PM – 8:15 PM
Location: Paycor Stadium in Cincinnati, OH

What You'll Do:

• Hand out complimentary sodas to fans in designated tailgate zones.
• Hype the crowd with enthusiastic and high-energy engagement.
• Wear branded jumpsuits and carry coolers, representing the brand with pride.
• Maintain strong brand standards and ensure fans are smiling and engaged.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions (rain or shine).

Qualifications:

• Possess an outgoing, energetic, and professional personality.
• Prior promotional, event, or customer-facing experience is required.
• Ability to walk long distances, lift and carry 25+ lbs, and stand for extended periods.
• Be reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Leadership & organizational skills are a plus, especially for Team Lead roles.
