About the Role
The Infinity Marketing Team is actively searching for Field Market Staff in the Cleveland market to participate in a dynamic lead generation program. This program will enable consumers to obtain a complimentary competitive quote from a renowned Fortune 50 insurance company, rewarding them with a customized bobblehead featuring their own likeness!
All materials and supplies required for event setup will be provided during on-site training prior to each event. Each event will require three (3) to four (4) Field Market Staff members who will manage the setup of the activation space, engage participants, and break down the display at the conclusion of the event.
Events will take place primarily in your home market and surrounding cities, with the program running from May 1st through October 19th, 2025. The schedule is flexible, with most events occurring from Thursday through Sunday, and opportunities for out-of-market travel available, including per diem and lodging. Manual labor will be involved, including lifting up to 50 pounds and ensuring efficient setup and breakdown of equipment.
Candidates must be comfortable engaging with consumers and possess strong communication skills, with reliable transportation to and from event locations. Proficiency with iPads and tablets is also required for participant registration and engagement purposes.
