Overview

Key Responsibilities

Field Market Staff will be responsible for:
- Event Setup: Preparing the activation space with tents and necessary assets.
- Event Activation: Engaging with consumers for registration, capturing photos, and facilitating bobblehead redemption.
- Event Strike: Dismantling the activation display and loading equipment back into the truck post-event.

Job Details

This position requires willingness to travel and may include commuting to surrounding cities.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is essential, as manual labor will be part of the role.
The position is a 1099 contractor role with a varied schedule, mainly from Thursday through Sunday.
Five or more staff members will be present at each event, ensuring collaborative success.
Opportunities for out-of-market travel will be available, complete with per diem and lodging.

Skills Needed

Proficiency with iPads or similar tablets is required.
Strong consumer engagement and communication skills are critical for success.
