About the Role

The Infinity Marketing Team is actively searching for Field Market Staff in the Salt Lake City area to participate in an exciting lead generation program. This initiative features a unique "build your own bobblehead" activation that will take place across 20+ markets until October 2025.

As part of this role, consumers will register for a complimentary competitive insurance quote in exchange for a personalized bobblehead with their photo. The Field Market Staff will be responsible for various aspects of the events, including setup, activation, and teardown.

Key Responsibilities

Event Setup: Prepare and arrange the activation space, including tents and related materials.
Event Activation: Engage consumers by registering participants, taking photos, and distributing bobbleheads.
Event Strike: Dismantle the activation display and pack materials for transport.
Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel and/or commute as necessary; some out-of-market travel options available.

All materials required for event execution will be provided during local training sessions, scheduled for April 28-29, 2025. This is a 1099 contractor position, with shifts primarily occurring from Thursday to Sunday, including the necessity of working a physically demanding setup and teardown process.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Setting up activation space including tents and other assets
• Performing registration, photo taking, and bobblehead redemption
• Breaking down activation display and loading into a box truck
• Participating in events primarily from Thursday through Sunday
• Engaging with consumers and ensuring a smooth event experience
