Job Description

The Infinity Marketing Team is on the lookout for enthusiastic Field Market Staff to join our lead generation program in the Columbus market. This initiative, running through October 2025, provides an innovative experience where consumers can receive a complimentary competitive insurance quote from a Fortune 50 insurance company by registering for a customized bobblehead featuring their own photo!

As a member of the Field Market Staff, you will play a crucial role in the event cycle: setting up activation spaces, engaging consumers, managing registrations, and breaking down installations after the event concludes. All necessary materials and supplies will be supplied during the training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Setup: Prepare activation spaces with tents and promotional materials.
Event Activation: Facilitate consumer registration, capture photos, and manage bobblehead redemption.
Event Strike: Dismantle the activation display and pack equipment back into the vehicle.
Travel locally to various events, with a schedule primarily spanning Thursdays to Sundays.
Collaborate with other team members; five or more staff are present at events to ensure smooth operations.

Candidates must be proficient with tablets (iPads preferred) and exhibit strong communication skills to effectively engage with consumers and the team.

Additional Information:

This position operates under a 1099 contractor agreement with opportunities for out-of-market travel, including per diem and lodging accommodations. Please note, successful candidates must complete a background check before employment.
