Altria On! Nicotine Pouch Demo

Join our team as a Lead Brand Ambassador for Altria, promoting the On! nicotine pouch to tobacco users aged 21 and older. This is a part-time temporary role where you will support the assistant manager and help lead a team of brand ambassadors. You will work across various markets including retail, non-retail (nightlife), and cultural events in Dallas, TX.

This position requires a current DOT certification, or the ability to obtain it during training, as you will occasionally drive a truck with an attached trailer.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the assistant manager and lead a team of brand ambassadors.
• Promote the On! nicotine pouch to eligible tobacco users (21+).
• Engage with consumers in assigned market locations.

Requirements:

• Comfortable working as a brand ambassador for a tobacco client promoting nicotine pouches.
• Reliable transportation to work within a 30-mile radius in Dallas, TX.
• Valid and active driver's license (state ID not accepted).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience as a lead brand ambassador, team lead, manager, or supervisor.
• DOT certified or comfortable obtaining DOT certification.

Location & Shifts:

You will be assigned to one market. Shifts vary by market:

• Cultural: Outdoor lifestyle events. Schedule TBD, but flexibility is required.
• Non-Retail: Nightclubs and bars, Thurs – Sun from 9:00 PM - 2:00 AM.
• Retail: Smoke shops, convenience stores, and gas stations, Mon – Fri from 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM.

This is a part-time position, with work scheduled 3-4 days a week.

• Start Date: 10/6/2025
• End Date: 12/31/2025
• Pay Rate: $31/hr (non-negotiable)
• Job Type: W2
• Training: Onsite. Further details will be provided by management upon hire.
• Mileage compensation is not provided.

Interview Process:

• 30-minute phone screen with a recruiter.
• 30-minute video interview on Microsoft Teams with management.
