Altria On! Nicotine Pouch Promotion

GMR Marketing is seeking a dynamic and outgoing Brand Ambassador to represent On! nicotine pouches in the Dallas, TX market. This is a part-time, temporary W2 position, ideal for individuals passionate about engaging with adult tobacco users in diverse environments.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for promoting On! nicotine pouches to tobacco users aged 21 and over across various settings. You will work within one of three distinct markets: retail, non-retail (nightlife), or cultural events.

• Cultural: Outdoor lifestyle events
• Non-Retail: Nightclubs and bars
• Retail: Smoke shops, convenience stores, and gas stations

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable working for a tobacco client promoting nicotine pouches.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to work within a 30-mile radius of Dallas, TX. Mileage compensation is not provided.
• Must possess a valid and active driver's license (a state ID is not sufficient).
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Prior experience as a Brand Ambassador, Customer Service Representative, or Sales Representative is required.

Shift Details: Since this is a part-time role, you will work 3-4 days a week. Specific shifts vary by market:

• Cultural: To be determined; flexibility is essential.
• Non-Retail: Thursday – Sunday, from 9:00 PM - 2:00 AM.
• Retail: Monday – Friday, from 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM.

The pay rate for this position is $28/hour (non-negotiable). The anticipated start date is October 6, 2025, and the end date is December 31, 2025.

Training: Onsite training will be provided, with further details shared by management upon hire.

Interview Process:

• Phone Screen with a recruiter (30 minutes)
• Video Interview on Microsoft Teams with management (30 minutes)
