Automotive Brand Texas State Fair

Gail & Rice is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading automotive brand at the 2025 Texas State Fair.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for proactive consumer engagement, welcoming visitors to the display, and robust lead generation. This includes encouraging consumers to receive product information and entering their details into hand-held devices. Strong lead generation is a key requirement for this position.

Event Details:

• Event: Texas State Fair
• Location: State Fair of Texas - 3921 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Dallas, TX 75210
• Dates: Wednesday, October 8 - Sunday, October 19
• Hours: 7-8 hours per day. Exact shifts will be scheduled closer to the event dates, based on venue hours. Split shifts will vary between AM, Mid-Day, and PM.
• Rate: $25.00/hour + $59.00 per diem/day. One-hour unpaid meal break. Staff will be paid bi-weekly via direct deposit and onboarded as W2 temporary employees.

Reimbursements:

Up to $30.00 per day for event parking/Uber/Lyft with detailed receipts submitted at the end of the event.

Wardrobe:

• Staff will wear their own black dress pants and black shoes (e.g., Toms, Vans, Flats).
• Branded shirts will be provided onsite.
• Female staff require a very finished look for hair and make-up, with nails manicured using nude polish.

Requirements:

• Applicants MUST be available for ALL dates & times. No exceptions.
• Applicants MUST be at least 18 years old.
• Applicants MUST be able to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Applicants MUST arrive event ready.
• Required Brand Ambassadors must fully speak and understand English.
