About This Role
As a Market Manager for On! Nicotine, you will be responsible for managing a flexible portfolio of brand activations within golf, retail, and non-retail environments. You will serve as the designated lead for your assigned market, overseeing all golf, retail, or non-retail-related activities.
A key aspect of this role involves continuously developing opportunities for brand growth, which includes seeking out and establishing relationships with key contacts. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building relationships and adept at planning, scheduling, and performance analysis for non-retail activities that align with the program’s initiatives within the market.
The Market Manager is also responsible for building and managing high-performance teams, ensuring all program objectives are met while maintaining a continuous posture of compliance. This includes the ability to accurately evaluate, coach, and when needed, develop performance plans to support each direct report in their respective roles.
Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records and providing timely reporting of activity performance and inventory assigned to the market. This position requires routine travel within the market and periodic mandatory overnight travel to attend meetings, trainings, and conduct market visits.
