Nationwide Convenience Store Merchandising

A+ Staffing is seeking experienced Merchandising Teams to support category resets for a major global convenience store chain across Minnesota. We are looking for merchandisers who are organized, reliable, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Project Dates: January 12th, 2026 – May 30th, 2026

Pay: $21/hr (W-2, paid weekly via direct deposit)

Hours: Monday–Friday, flexible between 7 AM–7 PM with early start times. Includes two shifts to complete two category resets per store (approximately 8–12 hours/day). Potential for full-time hours.

Locations: Multiple stores across Minnesota; recurring visits within a set territory. You will work in a team with one additional merchandiser.

Responsibilities:

• Complete planogram resets (product placement, signage, adds/deletes, tagging).
• Execute planogram resets, updates, and revisions across assigned stores.
• Re-merchandise end caps, feature areas, displays, and seasonal setups.
• Install, adjust, or reset beams, steel structures, shelves, and store fixtures.
• Ensure all product sets and displays follow retailer and vendor standards.
• Set signage, labels, safety tags, and fixture components according to provided diagrams.
• Communicate with store leadership and team leads to confirm project requirements and completion.
• Complete daily reporting, including before/after photos and task documentation.
• Clean and prep fixtures.
• Inspect and stock products; ensure items are not damaged/expired.
• Remain flexible to changing on-site needs.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail merchandising, store resets, or fixture installation is preferred.
• Able to commit to the full project schedule.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various store locations.
• Organized, fast-paced worker with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read and execute detailed planograms accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• A video interview is required for hiring.
